Product Introduction
Intermittent ball mill, also named as ceramics ball mill, adopts both dry and wet methods to mill feldspar, quartz, clay, iron ore and other raw materials by times. Intermittent ball mill (ceramics ball mill) is mainly used for the mixing and milling of materials, featured by even fitness and energy saving. Dry milling and wet milling are applicable.
Main Function
Intermittent ball mill is the key equipment to crush materials after breaking. It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and the glass ceramic production industry, and is able to carry out dry or wet milling of various ores and other materials.
Principle of Operation
Intermittent ball mill consists of feeding part, discharging part, and feedback part, transmission part (gear motor, small transmission gear, and motor and control panel), featured by favorable abrasive resistance, stable operation and reliable working. Its hallow shaft adopts steel castings and the inner lining could be replaced. Main gear for feedback adopts casting hobbing. Inside the cylinder is a wear resistant lining board with favorable wear resistance.
